The 10th Anniversary Seattle Women in Tech (WiT) Regatta sets sail April 26–30, 2026, bringing together women and allies from across industries to explore the currents of technology, leadership, and community.

For a decade, the Regatta has been the place where ideas spark, opportunities unfold, and authentic relationships begin.

This boutique week of programming blends 90-minute panel sessions, hands-on workshops, and intimate breakouts, all designed to help attendees grow their careers, expand their networks, and feel truly seen in the tech ecosystem.
